ABOUT OUR STUDIO
Welcome to this lil group project, and Thank You for visiting!
Happy Go! Chaos is a small, independent studio focusing on individual and group projects since 2022. We focus on a wide range of styles and mediums, but all have that indie artist passion and drive to share and engage with fellow artists and enthusiasts, especially within the POC and LGBTQA+ communities. Our members have an accumulative 40+ years of experience in the illustration and graphic novel industry and look forward to attending as many in-person events to share our own projects as well as encourage and talk shop with our audiences!

MUTT RIB (they/ them)
A transplant from the L.A. area, Mutt Rib currently lives in Portland, OR as a mixed-media artist and as a member of the studio, Happy Go! Chaos. After studying a wide range of art forms they’ve come to appreciate a mix of technical detail as well as the chaos of a free hand. All of their characters are original in design with influences from fellow artists: Dave McKean, Q Hayashida, Wayne White, Taiyō Matsumoto and Jean Giraud.
In their own process, they aim to enjoy each step over aiming for the finished product. This process includes: traditional watercolors and illustrations as well as digital editing and collaging, all while listening to the same song on repeat. A recent graduate, Mutt Rib earned a degree in Multimedia with a focus in web design and digital compositing, and currently works as a full-time Imaging Specialist. In their free time they are finalizing character designs and fabricating stop-motion puppets for their graphic novel, “Guardians.”
Education: AA Multimedia & Applied Art Sciences Degree, Portland Community College. CEPE Project Manager Certification  Program, Portland State University.

MUUN BEAR (she/ her)
A Pacific Islander American mixed-media artist and graphic designer currently based in Bellingham, WA. In love with traditional mediums, collecting stickers, drawing people from a young age, Muunbear has cultivated a passion for illustrating portraits with alcohol markers and pens embellished with stickers, glitter glue, and glitter flakes to add a 3D effect for that extra touch.
When she’s not doing work she’s usually in her room drawing or out learning k-pop dances with her friends. And if she’s not doing any of those things you can definitely find her on the volleyball court. (Ball is life!!)
Education: Western Washington University, BA in Design & BA in Philosophy
